- Gmail / gmail.modify: search lead emails, open threads, reply, mark as read, send from CRM, and use the connected Gmail signature.
- Calendar / calendar.events: create reminders, Meet meetings, and attendee invitations.
- Google Tasks / tasks: list, create, complete, and delete the user’s Google Tasks from the app.
- Google Contacts / contacts.readonly: import the user’s Google contacts only when the user asks for it.
- Google Sheets / drive.file: create or edit spreadsheets generated by the app for sales operations.
- Identity / userinfo.email: resolve the connected Google account during the OAuth callback flow.

Google data is limited to visible workflows such as Gmail CRM, Calendar follow-ups, Tasks sync, Contacts import, and Sheets export.

Disconnect and deletion / Desconexión y eliminación
When a user disconnects Google, Gravito Solutions - Sales Forge removes local tokens, attempts best-effort revocation with Google,
and immediately stops new Google actions. Cuando un usuario desconecta Google, la app elimina tokens locales, intenta revocar con Google y detiene de inmediato las nuevas acciones que dependan de Google.
- Local token deletion is always attempted and does not depend on remote revocation success.
- If Google revocation cannot be confirmed, the app shows follow-up instructions to revoke access from Google Account permissions.
- Minimal prior operational activity or audit evidence may remain when needed for product operation, support, security, or legal compliance.
